Food Festival – Full Schedule

The month-long festival of gastronomy began on September 1st with a day at Brighton Racecourse featuring a ‘Waiters’ Race’, in which smartly dressed participants ran whilst holding a tray with a glass of water on top. It was won by Aziz Ziriat of Ha Ha Hooray Bar and Grill. On the same day there was a talk by American chef Anthony Bourdain and a wine-tasting event. The following weekend there was a world food trail, with the theme ‘local produce, international flavours’, a street market, a cookery demo and a sake-tasting session.

There are dozens of events still to come: here’s the schedule in full and links for those seeking more information.
